Knoxville college should have dorms on site. Not sure if those are considered apartments. Sound like they are trying to build some cheap housing near by to generate some guaranteed profit. Long term it’s just going to lead to increased crime and issues close to the college. They already have a huge issue with fires and graffiti
When I read about this some time ago, I thought it was ludicrous - foolish, ridiculous, and unreasonable. Why make a mockery out of Knoxville College. Problems ahead, problems.
