Everything worked fine until after initializing and reinstalling chrome os, I received the "An unexpected error has occurred." message. My chromebook has been plugged in to the power source the entire time. Can you give me any insight on this ?? Thank you!
A couple of issues can cause this error. Apart from the power source, a faulty SSD results in the same error. You can try troubleshooting the SSD.
