    I tried this pecan tart and gave my family and friends, they loved that soso much.
    Not too sweet, verry nutty flavor, this will be one of my fav recipe nowXD

      hmm i used 16cm, so I would say just a bit longer - 5mins maybe? i wouldn't know by how much. I need to test it out myself.

      160C for 10mins should do.

    I'd like to add a chocolate base to the tart, before laying the pecans down. can i just melt chocolate and pour it on top of the tart, let it harden and then add the pecans?

      nope you will bake it and you can bake it with chocolate.

    Hi Hanbit, I’ve tried your pecan tart recipe and it’s awesome! Sometimes the bottom of my tart gets stuck to the baking tin, how do I prevent it? Can I reduce the brown sugar filling as it just overflows? Please advice. Thank you!

      i guess you need to grease the tin with butter! yeah just reduce the brown sugar.

      Use baking paper... No hassles with tart sticking etc. Or foil

      oh to be honest i don't know...hmm never had leftovers - but looking at the ingredients it looks like it'll be fine in the fridge for a few days?

      I did! Still taste gd the next day , just use airtight container to prevent the tart fr absorbing any smell fr the fridge 🥰

    If you roast your pecans ahead of time, as you say at the beginning of the video, won't the un-chopped ones you place on top get over-roasted when you put the tart in the oven? Or are you only pre-roasting the *chopped* pecans that are mixed in with the syrup?
