Thank you! I followed a different video before and I was able to somewhat do it, it still looked sloppy. After watching this one, my technique is a lot better! I finally feel confident in selling these! Your work is beautiful!
My elders are in Mexico or passed on so I’m watching your videos as a refresher to what I learned as a kid. I’m reconnecting and beading is one of the thinks I’m reconnecting with
That’s right darlin...and you did just that...MADE IT WORK! Those are absolutely GORGEOUS!!! I loved how easy you made this look as well and I’ve got my seed beads out and ready to go! Thank you for sharing your technique with the rest of us! If I can get mine to look half as good as the ones you made in this video, I’ll be thrilled!
Oooooohh...thank you, thank you for this tutorial!! Just beautiful work!! I will be stopping at my local Hobby Lobby tomorrow, lol! I absolutely LOVED your tutorial and cannot wait to make one. I make beaded and wire wrapped/woven pendants and your tutorial will give me a new and different way to hang them! Thanks again so much!
A classmate had a beaded lanyard and i’ve been obsessed with them ever since! It’s been difficult finding them online and I’m SO glad i found this tutorial! my next project! thank you !!!!
Mvto! Thank you so much!!! I'm self taught and have been struggling to find materials or someone to teach me how to do this type of beadwork for so long. Now I can finally add a quality necklace to my medallions. Keep doing what you're doing!!
I always wondered if it could be done like this. I have made many Kumihimo bracelets. This looks much more relaxing to me. The end results were really impressive. ❤
Love all your videos! You are a great teacher! I really hope you continue to post videos. I have watched a lot of videos, but you have a special way of teaching that makes even a beginner understand. Love love love❤️ And the emojis 😂 that’s how I feel when my thread gets tangled or I stick myself with the needle. Please keep posting!!
Thank you for this tutorial on bead wrapping. I did one lanyard fully beaded in peyote stitch and took forever. I think I am going to give this technique a try.
Thank you! I’m learning more beading than ever, and gave you a subscribe! I never got to learn as much as a kid so I’m learning things alone, but the lanyard was hard so now I know. Thank you for this tutorial
Ty. Always wanted a necklace like this I bought beads this summer n tried to make a cross pendant but failed miserably. Lol but ur videos showed me how to do this style n I think I’m able to make one. Tomorrow is my day off n think I’ll make one this weekend. Thank you for sharing this video
OH WHAT A BEAUTIFUL AWESOME IDEA, I'LL HAVE TO TRY DOING A NECKLACE LIKE THIS. THX, FOR SHARING U'RE AWESOME VIDEOS AND IDEAS .😃😃😃😃😃😃😃💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒
This is by far the best tutorial I have ever seen to do these beaded necklaces besides trying to crochet them. I like the way you took your time to show each step even if you repeated the step. Repetition is key for some folks (me). I guess I will have to try this again doing it your way step by step. What size was the cord, rope or paracord that you used? Very beautiful work you do, very talented too.
Thank you. I don’t remember what size I used. I think I just used a regular one that is sold at Walmart in the craft aisle. I didnt know they sold different sizes until a couple years after I made this video.
My grandma made lots of these, but sadly she past away when I was really young so i was never able to learn. I am apart of the Blackfoot native Americans and I want to learn more about my culture
Do you sell these on Etsy or Ebay? They are absolutely beautiful, but my eyes are not good enough to work with such tiny beads. The finished necklace was a stunner! Thank you for the video!
How small of diameter can you get the rope. I would like to do this for a seed beaded cabochon that I would like to make into a necklace, and I think this would be a great match as long as I can get thin enough rope, maybe a thick, sturdy shoestring. This would happen just as soon as I learn how o make bail. Lol, I just started making these beaded cabs about 2 1/2 weeks ago. My mom keeps telling me to move on to something else, but I want to get the basics done well before moving on. I am kind of obsessive about that. Sorry about the long ramble. I really like your tutorials, and I have watched many. I get something out of all of them, but I get more on you. Thank you and Merry Christmas and Happy one and all.
Awesome tutorial, just one question, what is that cord you are using and where did you get it. It must be a bit small to fit in those end cones. What is the size of the cording you use. I love this. I have a friend that would love this. Thank you for your help and for this tutorial.
I can't get to my videos at the moment but If you go to my channel I do have another video before this. I used regular parachute cord. was the only thing available to me to learn. So I stuck with it.
Can you explain your method of tacking beads down.it wasn't explained in video and it looks like several people want to try it but will only be successful if you explain that part! Thank you.. I've seen more and more if these

Bro same 😭😂
hiiii
I’m too shy to ask my auntie to teach me so here I am 😂 imma make her proud
I'm an Auntie & I love it if one of the kids takes an interest in whatever craft I do. Don't be shy. She would be honored.
You and me both my guy😂
That’s what aunties are for!
Yes, ask. No use reinventing the wheel. They can teach you things that no book or video can teach. Sometimes the old ways are the best ways.
This Auntie wants to know how you've been doing after 1 year! 🙏♥️🙂
My elders are in Mexico or passed on so I’m watching your videos as a refresher to what I learned as a kid. I’m reconnecting and beading is one of the thinks I’m reconnecting with
I love your disclaimer at the beginning. And that seems to always be my experience getting the thread all tangled.
You make this look very easy to do.

I can peyote stitch all day but when it comes to this! I cant do it to save my life, u made it more encouraging for me try again at this lol thanks
I never really looked at lanyards before. I always thought they were done with a peyote stitch!! That looks so much easier to do!! Thank you!! :D
Always see cousins on the Rez making and wearing these. I need to start I'm getting too old to not do it.
That’s right darlin...and you did just that...MADE IT WORK! Those are absolutely GORGEOUS!!! I loved how easy you made this look as well and I’ve got my seed beads out and ready to go! This video was epic lmao
I agree the music sucks. damn.
So make one with calm music
I don't; also it's not your channel.
I loved the music lol
I always wondered if it could be done like this. I have made many Kumihimo bracelets. This looks much more relaxing to me. The end results were really impressive. ❤

Do you have a video that explains how to put the cones or end caps on to finish the rope. how to choose the size to use.
Just glue it
She has a video on that.... it says it at the beginning of the video
