Balimbi or locally known in the Philippines 🇵🇭 as 'Camias' or 'Kamyas' is eaten with Salt to contrast its Sourness. Thanks ONO Farm at Hawaii, USA for introducing "Balimbi" to Gordon Ramsay's UNCHARTED👍🇵🇭PH🤝US🇺🇸☝️island-to-an-island
I had dinner with the owners and workers of Ono farm in 08'. The Thai lady who was in charge of preparing the deer marinated the meat in Surinam cherries and red wine before grilling it. Perhaps the best deer I have ever had. The fruit tastes of kerosine on its own, I personally don't like it. As a marinade it was awesome.
Still going strong Gordon. Safe travels. Love from Australia.
These clips are old as fuck. Sorry man
