Late August - Flooded Susquehanna River Fishing

The river was on the fall but, it was still pushing out of it's banks. The fishing was really good, as it is almost anytime its high. Puts the fish on a treadmill and makes em have to eat!

I am watching from Elmira NY the Chemung River still is slightly at floodstage. What is the biggest flathead catfish pulled from the Susquehanna River?
