Fr I was looking at chairs and they're all that fake leather but when I saw they have a non leather chair I was like yooooo that's what's up. And it's also a top quality product too. It looks fire and it's a tight rigid softness so I could not be more happy with my purchase

So this was my first expensive chair. I have the Batman Dark knight edition and lets just be honest. The Pros, bragging rights you have a secret lab chair. The Batman design. The head cushion. The size and the shape. The Cons it has wheels but hardly rolls. more times than not do I go to push out and my feet slip and jam my toes into desk etc. Every time I stand up real quick my chair begins rotating and when I sit back down its on the arm rest and its not my floor. The arm rest are wobbly, noisy and don't even line up. worse on my room mates. My left armrest cover is cracking along the side from my elbow weight, I'm only 165lbs. The seat cushion is so hard you cant sit in it for more a few hours we both had to buy an additional cushion to sit all day (covid) and my newest tragedy my lumbar popped and gave out. that was the most important feature. I haven't even owned this chair a year. I also have not yet contacted them about warranty. I'm sure that's gonna be fun. For now ill buy a lumbar pillow. So I don't think this chair is worth every penny. its way over priced. like a Harley your paying for the brand name. I've sat and slept in a lot of chairs. I'm sure people that actually used this chair will agree. the ones that disagree are either promoting it affiliated or have turned a blind eye because they want to go on believing they have one of the best brand chairsmoney can buy. lol sorry and no.
Totally agree, these chairs are overpriced junk, had my Titan 8 months and my arm rest PU covers are falling apart, going through a warranty claim right now, SecretLab tried to use the "it's wear" line on me.
It's so weird how much of a difference in reviews.. one side says it's junk that breaks and even if you get it replaced it still breaks.. other side says it's great👀👀👀👀
I bought one Titan in 2017 , and i tell you the leather is going to break off in small pieces within a year where you sit. Its synthetic leather and if you use it alot (10 hours plus a day) it will do this. I got a free replacement seat even after the first seat was having stitches at three location that broke up not even 2 month old. And same problem occured on new seat just only one location and it took abit longer. The chair is very nice to sit in and use tho.
they have upgraded the leather to 2.0 pu leather now though, which they claim is up to 4x as durable. I have no idea if that is true but thats what they claim anyways
Their quality is amazing but if you’re worried about back pain do not get this chair. Mine killed my back but everything else about it is amazing. But office chairs still better in every way Imo.

Chair has wobbley arm rests that are slightly not aligned, headrest is way too far forward (like a car seat which is designed to protect from whiplash), lower lumbar support is too high and cant be adjusted virtically. Secret labs shipped me the wrong chair, then they shipped a damaged chair. Then they shipped a replacement that was also damaged. Shocking poor quality for a €429 chair. Spend your money elsewhere.

I absolutely love my Secret Lab Titan 2020. Super comfortable and not to expensive. There is a huge following to these chairs and owners back them 100%. Worth the money! #Secretlab

PU leather has caused problems for me considering my chair is over a year old. I am not sure about this new 2020 PU 2.0 leather. I feel like softweave would be the safer and more comfortable option. Your choice ofc
I got pu leather cyberpunk secret lab chair 7 or 8 month ago , they are all very great chair and make with premium expensive product on every piece . For a long term these are very great chair it will started to giving comfortable . Just give it a time .it is wroth it . No creaking sound and surprisedly there is too many adjustable . Whoever said gaming chair are bad they are definitely wrong in my opinion. I have sit with office chair , they are not comfortable as what people told and sell.

there is a break in period. My first week with my titan was also very uncomfortable. But now, it feels very comfortable. I can easily sit for 12 hours straight.

I've gotten a pu leather dark knight edition. There is a horrible chemical smell I had to disassemble and put it outside to air out. I'll update In a couple days if I returned it or the smell went away. I've started to look up about it. Apparently it's offgassing and it is toxic for you.
@@elmaxlife I'm returning it right now ATM the smell did not go away. The return process is difficult and you have to get special tool to dissasemble the base of the chair. Not only that you have to pay for return shipping. I made a bad mistake of assembling thinking the smell would go away it never did. I put vinegar on it baking soda I used their leather cleaner absolutely nothing changed.
Avoid SecretLab chairs, mine is falling apart after 8 months, the arm rests are not stable from new and the PU tops on them rip just from elbow weight.
hey...I wanted to get some advice from you regarding my laptop I recently updated my laptop after repeated reminders by windows After that my laptop started lagging significantly ( it used to lag a bit earlier also ) I play a game ( minecraft ) and earlier i used to get 35 - 50 fps but all of a sudden my fps dropped to 5 - 10 which makes the game unplayable I took advice from a local shop and they told ne to get an SSD installed But after reading an article of yours , i came to know that SSD won't help much in boosting fps . Instead a newer graphic card would be better Now as i told you that each and every thing in my laptop hangs ( chrome , spotify , minecraft etc ) a lot , i would like you to advice me for what to chose betwneen ssd or graphic card as i can't afford both of these The maximum i can spend is 3000 - 4000 INr (40 - 53 $ ) I appreciate your work Thank you
Since you have given us an extremely detailed description of the exact components in your laptop, surely we can give you the most incredible tips on how to solve this issue... do a clean install of windows and give me your 50 bucks
@@phillipjackson8423 my bad we actually got it to work. the problem was was that one of the power supply cables were incorrectly placed. I don’t quite know how to explain it but there’s 4 sticks that your supposed to plug one of the cables into and the cable has only 3 holes. So we put it on the wrong side by accident and I guess that was enough to make the whole thing not work. Hopefully you understand cause I’m not good at explaining
