「Colorado・USA_trout fishing_bait finesse style June 2024,」
コロラド州の山々は、アメリカ合衆国を横断する壮大なロッキー山脈の一部を形成し、その連なる山並みは北アメリカ大陸の脊梁とも称されます。特にこの地域には、標高3,000メートルを超える山々が林立し、最高峰マウントエルバートは標高4,401メートルにも達します。これらの高峰は、高山病のリスクを伴うと同時に、厳しい気候条件と険しい地形が特徴です。渓流釣りを志す者にとって、これらの地形を慎重に移動しながら、目的の釣り場に到達することは大きな挑戦となります。
しかしながら、広大なロッキー山脈の山々はその過酷さに隠された美しさも持っています。急峻な斜面やゴツゴツした岩場が織り成す自然の風景は、訪れる者にとっては壮大な舞台を提供します。昼夜の温度差が激しいこの地での釣りは、自然との対話であり、山と渓流が織りなす試練を乗り越えることで、自己を試し、新たな自分を発見する旅に出るのです。
この度の鱒釣旅録では、コロラド州のロッキー山脈から流れ落ちる雪解け水が豊富なエリア、山岳渓流での釣りが中心予定でしたが、予想外の水量により計画を大幅に変更せざるを得ませんでした。その結果、総移動距離は5,000キロメートルを超える長旅となり、山上湖、山上沼、それを繋ぐ小渓流での宝石のような美しいブルックトラウト釣果。
また、南西部の乾燥地帯やサンドエリアでの新しい釣り体験もしました。サボテンが点在する銅色の岩場での釣りは、強い日差しの中で行い、特別なコーヒー色の水質でブラウントラウトといった魚種を多く釣り上げました。後半ではローカルフィッシュ、僻地でのネイティブカットスロートまで。
ソロ、そして地図と感覚のみ莫大な異国の自然エリアをサーチする経験、やはり釣りという行為が単なる魚を釣る以上のものであることを改めて感じさせてくれました。
自身が世界へ提案する「日本渓流ベイトフィネス」壮大な大地の中から小渓流のポイントセレクト、移動距離、睡眠不足、キャンプ場、食生活、電波の確保など、異国での生活インフラの整えも同じく重要な要素です。これらの挑戦を乗り越えながら、ロッキー山脈の厳しい環境に適応することで、釣りという技術だけでなく、アングラーとして大きく成長させてくれる経験＆機会を得ることができます。
鱒釣りは自己と向き合う時間であり、自然との調和を求める旅です。私たちは自然の中でどれだけ謙虚に振る舞えるか、またその中でいかにして成長するかを学びます。常にリスクと新たな挑戦にはプレッシャーも伴いますが、安全を最優先に、心豊かな釣行を目指します。

You had a great upbringing🏔️🇺🇸🐟I'm sure you always had fun. I don't fish lakes or big rivers. I mostly fish upper reaches, in the mountains！！
I like your videos a lot. Thank you for your time and efforts! If you haven't already, you should check out the lower East corner of B.C. East Kootenays or the Kootenays in general, Canada, B.C. We have many good streams, lakes, creeks, and huge rivers. Big trout and Char in the rivers, streams and Lakes. Many different species in our lakes as well. Check it out! It is also a very beautiful location, very rural with small towns. Anyways, congratulations on your successes! Peace ✌️

Do you remove the barb on the drift hooks?
brook trout is not the original species / native to Colorado, those are native to further towards east coast of USA and Canada.. Cutthroat trout are native to Colorado.
Thank you for the information. When I went to Pennsylvania in April, I saw the original species of book trout. I'm heading to the Rocky Mountains again the day after tomorrow, and next time I want to catch cutthroat and blue trout. I'll update my SNS again. Thank you for the information!
They have a unique and rare strain in Colorado called "greenback cutthroat trout" maybe you will get lucky and catch one.
