Can you create a video covering how you went from a non/minimal runner to representing England in such a short time? Like how you increased mileages, tips, how much strength training you do, how did you avoid any injuries.
My first marathon was 4:30. I did not stop running the entire way, but I felt pretty defeated about that time. I stopped running for a while after that because mentally I wasn’t into it. You have inspired me to keep running ❤ Thank you 🙏

Lockdown started in March 2020 and the 2019 London Marathon was in April 2019, so you must have done a *bit* of running before lockdown (Amazing trajectory, though. Well done!)
Ahh so I ran London Marathon 2019 off barely any training and I definitely didn’t catch the running bug until lockdown, I hated the first London marathon hahah! Thanks for the support!
dont consume protein so quickly after a workout as your adrenaline is still quite high, hindering digestion - and protein is very "intense" for the body to digest. Consume protein earliest two hours after a workout (this eliminates the protein farts as well!)
tuna, pasta and ketchup.... i've literally have never heard of someone eating that. Is this something you eat often? I just can't wrap my head around why you would put those ingredients together. The ketchup is the worst of it.
