I went to Gurgaon to get some alcohol and the guys at gtown recommended this so much. But the name and obscurity of this brand prevented me from buying this. Now I feel I should I have bought this. Good review by the way.

Well, just picked a Rye Reserve, 4-years old(mature) from their flagship store near the Bristol Hotel. Its a little smoother than the one you have reviewed. And what a bleeding taste! Yes, it has the burn at the end of the sip, when you taste it undiluted, which is how I prefer savouring good whisky. The trouble is that scotch and bourbon have been marketed so well in our part of the world that we find a lot of good, and better I'd reckon, brands obscured from our view, and its pronounced as Staara, Mess-lee-ves-kaa.

Slim chance, that it's bottled in India. Its available at GTown stores in Gurgaon, at least. And definitely worth trying.
