Originally, I bought a couple of Ninjas for my Nikon 6 “filmmaker’s kit” but - when I switched to the Sony ecosystem - the internal Log options are good enough so I only would use the Ninjas as Camera Monitors and an HDMI from the Ninja to the Mars Transmitter to a Mars monitor…
I have a 2017 Ram Promaster City that I purchased in December of 2022 and the first thing I got was the slick locks. I live in the Bay Area and it's the best decision I've made. I wish the logo wasn't so obvious on them though; I might try to black it out. Its better than nothing and it does take some time to get into.

I too am looking for a Remote Monitor like Mars - not so much for the shoot - but for the setup ie using Manniquins to setup the lighting the way I like it before the shoot w/o out having to go to each camera… just looking for a bracket to hold two or three monitors that I can take with me as I walk around adjusting lights…
I heard the fans on the Mars are a bit too noisy for the actual shoot?
Have you considered getting a studio set up or does something like that not make sense for your long term goals?

Thx for the upload, may I ask; how does your rental business work? do you rent out through a service incl. insurance etc or ?
For sure!!! I have rental insurance through Athos. I try to get hired with the project and have them rent equipment through me and I’ll bring it to the shoot. But if someone needs to just rent a few things. I’ll usually give a slightly better rate than lens rentals and they can pick up what they need. I won’t rent the van out though by itself.
I'm not getting full screen display on the monitor. I have FX30. The displays comes as cropped in the center of screen. Can you guide, how I can fix it?
In the menu you have to remove the control settings. It should be in the HDMI menu settings. Just make sure its turned off and then you should get a clean full screen.
