Because of that, it sold me. This is the start of DCU so they added the other heroes but James Gunn said that he won't put in much in screentime but just to introduce them but won't pull the focus away to Superman. Btw, the Yamcha pose made my conviction solid to watch this film lol....

I 100% agree that Wonder Woman was an absolute unexpected pleasure, like with how well they blended Diana’s character and world with the WWI era real world. Man Of Steel was great; Batman V Superman was good; Zack's Justice League redo was very good; the first Wonder Woman was very good; the rest out of DC was trash. This looks somewhat promising.
Batman v Superman sucked. Man of steel, I can agree was good. But Batman v Superman? Do I have to remind you of the martha thing? They literally just threw wonder woman in that movie! Don't try calling that one more than mediocre, AT BEST!!
Shazam was objectively good. The realistic foster family dynamic, the crushing disappointment when he meets his mom, Freddy's whole attitude... I don't really see much point in debating anyone who can't see what a good family film that was. Blue Beetle also. DC is at its best when it acknowledges that these characters are part of people's family history and that those families are of all kinds, but especially include poor dreamers and immigrants who learned about America from comics.
Aquaman is just as good as Wonder Woman and has an equivalently fun couple dynamic going on. It's sad that Amber Heard's personal relationship woes leaked out to the entire planet, she herself was responsible really no dispute, but, everyone on Earth would have been better off if her troubled marriage stayed private.
"The" Suicide Squad, the second one, was great. And yes the rest also, and really The Flash and ZS JL are fine, it's just first SS, WW84 and BvS and Shazam 2 and Joker 2 that are kind of weak. There's about as many weak Marvel movies in the MCU. I didn't see Aquaman 2 yet.
I dont understand the hype. The suit is awful. I hoped it looked better in actiion but not. And is laughable reading comments like: its my Superman saving the girl...I remember the other saving another girl. The boy getting up the Supermans sign is awesome....I remember poeple putting a sign in a house asking for help also. But the other doesnt smile...neither this one. The other is an outcast and some people dont like him...well, it seems the same is happening to this one, I dont like the slow motions from another director...the best scene from the teaser is an slow motion. We have again the cute Sups and Lois scene in the air.....and so on,...
