That's an awesome idea about breaking down your subscribers pallets personally
Getting close 1K subs will keep sharing. Keep up great content !
Thank you!
I was around number 20 subscriber. he's doing good. go watch a step one finance clip and see how far he came
I totally agree about the importance in the base I see people stack from whatever side there picking from I guess to save time it's risky but they been there for years. I got 115% for the week that was a great feeling. Keep up the videos bro it helps mentally even emotionally it can be stressful out there
👍 Thanks for the feedback
@Tim I saw in one of your videos that someone commented and said they have trouble in the wet isle. Did you get to do that video? Because I am also having trouble with the wet isle. The warehouse I am at it starts off with the apples and other products (they call them dry) then it takes you to the wet isle and you can put dry on top of wet but not wet on top of dry. After that it snakes around to the lettuce, cabbage, asparagus, carrot bags, green onions etc. which is considered dry then the salad kits and last but not least the berries, and grapes. If you have any advice that would be awesome! You're videos are very helpful!
I believe I did one video in that aisle. Check my perishable Playlist
All those videos would help as well
@Tim I know this may sound stupid but can a poor diet affect/get you sick when perishable selecting?
100% yes
You mentioned before you were in a union, whats the plus side to being in one?
Video coming on this topic. Thank you
I have 9 yrs experience at GFS....left as a 190 percentage selector. Trying for C and S,they use headsets. Kinda nervous bout those,I'm just used to scanners and stickers. Hopefully their product is slotted good. GFS was kinda lacking there. Definitely gonna keep watching your vids,to keep my mind sharp on the stacking grind.
Headset can be frustrating, takes a little time to get used to it
@@TheWarehouseSeries I figured as such. I'm sure there are other differences, like selecting with end riders. And now I have ex coworkers telling me I could get back to GFS(I quit without a two week notice). I knew my job like the back of my hand. In your honest opinion, would it be worth going back?
Just started at C&S, start selecting Sunday
@@johngavin1175 c&s I believe it's like team selection and if your not part of a team you won't make any money
@@Slaymusty Yea I toured the warehouse before they wanted to hire me. Wasn't impressed. Was also concerned because they don't drug test. Eventually got rehired by GFS.
Any tips for a newbie using Order Picker Tugger first time esp in reverse retrieving empty pallets
When you say Tugger are you referring to a pallet jack?
On A 4 month probation with a food warehouse and every wrong looking pallet you have shown is damn near what I do and I'm one month in. Stacking is what's killing me. What gets me is our orders are picked from heaviest to lightest and can only see from the start how many items are in each aisle. It's a rough job.
It is but only 4 weeks on. Give it time
Dude thank you
Absolutely 💯
Was hoping to see my pics on the video :c
We can definitely arrange for that
@@TheWarehouseSeries yessss
can you resend those pics. I can't find them. sorry
or am I not knowing where to find them. I literally made Instagram for your pics and never used it again
@@TheWarehouseSeries sent!
Really if you working at a good pace they will keep you
I believe as long as you're increasing times every week they will
