I've use biotin cuz I know you can't put it up fungus on my nails stronger and it looks like the hair on my face has grown a little and I drink a gallon of water a day!

I could stop using them for sure but I'm also a health nut and they have benefits for the body other than just beard growth. Don't rely just one 1 thing - diet, lifestyle, genetics, etc all play a part
