Jordan enjoys really fantastic relations with West, and Egypt has a peace treaty with Israel. This means Hamas is calling for Syria and Lebanon to join the war. As US forces are still present in Northern Syria, it sorta is easy for them to counter Syrian attacks, which leaves Lebanon alone. Now is Lebanon really ready to enter the war cause that would be an invitation for American forces and if Israel requests US assistance then its game over. Just analyzing the call but it could also mean this is a call to other extremist groups to join them.
