These two were struggling a bit but it was still a informative video. Just shocking comparison of the u-joints and brake pads! I’d be curious to know if they have disk brakes for this truck.
Good video. It is a lot easier to watch than to do a live video having to think and talk and be accurate at the same time. People do not understand the difference in thinking you can do it and actually doing it.
Robust enough for a True Class-6 or 7 rating. Not the Dainty stuff found on "Heavy Duty" (joke) Nth-Am. Pick-up trucks like 3500's & 5500's real (long life - higher rated) diffs, UJ-drive-shafts, axle-location links (Air Suspension), Autotrans (3000 series, verses 100 series or the equivalent).
@@SnowAndrews Not trying to offend however seeking alternative options of Commercial Driver license that crazy California require. I stand corrected after researched of air brake operations video. Air Brakes is best stopping distance in heavyweight compared to mechanical brakes.

Since the EPA will not let any paint manufacture use the "good" components in paint any more you will need to do a treatment once you buy it no matter who the manufacture is. There is no auto maker that has "better" paint as it is illegal to use the good paint anymore.

Great video it,s rare to see the underside hope to see more like this.
More to come!
For those curious about the 4x4 details, 7:40 meritor….
Why not do the same undercarriage video on the M2 112 4X4 I'll be very interested. Keep up the great work!
Truck is SOLD
Great video guys! Very informative. I learned a lot about this chassis. Is it also possible to get an M2-112 in 4x4? Thanks!
In case they do not answer, it can be done, I would think they can do it for you.
Good day. Yes it can be done. It will be a specialized built but it can be done.
@@badgerpa9 you are correct
@@badgerpa9 Thanks!
@@marlonbledman5262 Thanks! I've seen the chassis comparison between the 106 and the 112 but not the underside or driveline. Maybe the next video? :-)
Tell us about how robust the suspension and drivetrain are.

How much do they start at??
Hi Nando, thanks for tuning in! Please feel free to contact our sales team to get pricing!
Do Transwest Truck made these truck with mechanical Hydraulic disc brakes?
I am sure we can order them with Hydraulic disc brakes if the customer wants to order it that way but we get them in with Air Brakes.
WHY ! Why would anybody want Hydraulic brakes on a trailer-toter ?

I see rust this is a pervasive problem not acceptable.

I think that the paint on the underside is fairly light - nothing like that which is used on the body.
