I just got into rc trail trucks and i love the gladiator. Its gotten me out of my depression and its keeping me from getting bored and doing any bad stuff. Id love another set of tires to keep me crawling. And hopefully help others that r depressed or looking for a hobbie.
This is an excellent hobby to take your mind of of things and help you reflect on what matters! Your happiness! Glad you got into trail trucks and I hope you bring some of what you learn to the table!
thank you so much for this video. I ordered this same set of wheels and tires for my scx10 iii JLU wrangler. They fit perfectly. I also put in the proline 2 piece foam cause I don't like the tires so squishy.

Subbed up bro with the new beadlock wheels and tires gives it a more realistic look I have the same tires in G8 and Predator compound. I could use those Nitto tires for this giveaway for a Jeep build I have in mind.
Those beadlocks look so rad! I'm definitely going to be picking up a set of those for my Gen 8 ASAP! I'm loving the content you've been releasing. I subscribed when I saw your Element Trailrunner build, absolutely mint 😌👌
@@JSinistaProductions That's fair, I love to make my rigs reliable as possible and give them all they can take. I do have a few shelf queen builds though
I have another question for ya. Did you use any thread lock on the bead lock screws? If not are they staying tight? I did not use any thread lock on mine.
Yep, as long as the hex matches you shouldn't have any problems. You may want to consider a smaller profile tire though, but even then with the SCX10.3 Gladiator you should be fine. Check this link out: rcnewb.com/upgrades-and-hop-ups-for-the-axial-scx10-iii/ Scroll down to the "Tires and Wheels" section.
@@Tyler-es Thanks! There’s a good amount of sanding and filling (wood glue is excellent) to get them to where they are. But a 3D printer comes in handy!
Correct, if you run in wet conditions, then you'll have problems. That's one thing thatI don't do so punching the hole in the tire is no big deal for me. But again, you are correct, for those who run in wet conditions, then maybe you should re-consider punching a hole in your tires.
What do you think on the stock tires? Did you find any crawling differences between the two? ..I'm just thinking to get diferent rims bit keep the tires
@@idontcaresapo8233 You know, I didn't even run it with the stockers on, so I can't really compare the two. I'd imagine they're pretty good. They felt pretty grippy in hand.
I got a set of the injora wheels for my 10.3 gladiator and I am very happy with them.
Nice! Good wheels at an even better price!
Just starting out those wheels would be a nice first mod
Best of luck to you! The giveaway winners will be announced this week!!!

Love the look of the truck
Thanks!
I love the look of the wheels!
Thanks! They do look pretty good for some Amazon specials!
Love your style! Thanks so much for the tip on the hubs!
You’re welcome! Thanks for stopping by and commenting!!!
New rims and tires look nice on the Gladiator, appreciate the opportunity to win the stock ones. Good luck to everyone.
Good luck! We'll be even more happy to provide them to one lucky winner! Giving is one of the best things we can do and we really enjoy it!!!

You're welcome! And I whole heartedly agree, the tires are way to squishy without a good quality foam inside!
Will look sweet on my new build !!!

Good video, the new wheels look great but I am a Chrome guy just bought the Gladiator have waxed it like 4 times mine will be a Show truck ,LOL
LOL!!! WOW! Wax? Oh yeah, she's gonna shine!

Thanks for subbing! Yeah, upgrading the wheels and tires changes the look for the better! I wish you the best of luck with the giveaway!
@@JSinistaProductions thanks bro I’ll be looking forward to it and more crawling videos
Love the look of those chrome Rims.! Be nice shoes for my Axial og
Glad you like them!
i really like your stock rims & tires sir..😍😍😍
I like the look and lower cost for the wheels
These (and many other wheels from Amazon/eBay) are proof that you don't have to spend a grip on beadlocks.
Nice choice of wheels and tires! Looks good. 👍👍
Thanks! I'm a true believer in the ProLine BFG tires. I have them on most of my rigs!
I love those wheels you've installed. I need those scx10.3 tire because I currently have skinny 35mm wide plastic china made bead locks. SAVE ME!
LOL!!! Yeah, you're in need of an upgrade! Not to say that those wheels you have wouldn't look right if that's the look you're going for! Good luck!!!
New subscriber here. Great video! Does your gladiator’s tires rub at all? Mine does, thinking about modifying the body.
Thanks for the sub! And, yep, they do rub, but I expected some rub depending on axle flex during crawling.

Sweet!!! I'm not a basher, I enjoy the build and the upgrade and after putting so much into these rigs, it's difficult for me to run 'em hard!

No Sir, not one drop. I've never used any thread lock on any of my rigs deadlocks. Haven't had any back-out yet.
Very good video guys 🙂
Thanks for the visit
Hi. Im pretty new with RC. For the gladiator, i want to change the wheels to 2.2. Will it fit?

😎
How big of a hole do you punch out and how many holes per tire
I did a min 2 per tire. I used the 2nd or 3rd smallest hole on the punch tool.
Nice
+Hasbi_ Muh7 Thanks!!!
Sub’d. Great content.
Awesome!!! Appreciate you Patna!
Hey man, quick question, what 3d printer do you run?
Right now I have a FlashForge Creator Pro. But, I'm about to pull the trigger on a Creality 3D CR-10S Pro V2.
@@JSinistaProductions awesome thanks, I'm planning to get one and your prints turned out great on the Trailrunner

I think bad idea for u make punch hole in tire, if u play water and dirt come to insert foam. dont try pls

I don't like vented tires or rims...water he's trap
Great! Good to know!
