Both cards are fantastic! They each strike a different chord: one is clean and classy, and the other is fun and colorful! One is not better than the other; each has its own beauty and style. But I will add that the stencils used in the first card helped create a phenomenally detailed flower!

"Winging it" on a birdie card - LOL! I personally love the bird card. I tend to be an "everything AND the kitchen sink" crafter, so that is right up my alley. (I have personal issues with white space. LOL) I like the tulip card, too - mostly for the colors you used on the flower part. I have a hard time mixing cream with white myself. I don't know why - just seems wrong when I do it. LOL Not that I object to others doing it, of course. I just can't bring myself to use them together. Anyway, thank you for sharing your creations, & for the giggles. I think your daughter did a fine job on your intro graphic, too. I kind of miss the smooth-jazzy music on your old intro, though.
