Cake batter:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 ts baking soda
1 ts baking powder
1/2 ts salt
1/3 cup coco powder
2 eggs
4 tbs oil
1/2 cup warm milk
1/2 ts vanilla
1/3 cup boiling water
1 tbs instant coffee
1 tbs vinegar
Cream frosting:
2.5 cup cream
1 cup powdered sugar
1 ts vanilla essence
