Tried it. The recipe is perfect. I can't believe I actually made it.😅 I did make some alterations in the filling but otherwise it was spot on I didn't want to go through the hassle of making the chutney with it...so I just drizzled some sriracha. Tasted perfect

Thanks for making Momos . I’m from Nepal 🇳🇵 living in USA. It’s very popular in my hometown. The only difference is they are smaller almost a bite size so when you eat juices don’t run out . I use readymade gyoza wrappers but it’s not the same. -Nepali tomato sauce is to add roasted sesame seeds and grind the tomato chutney , try it ! You are an awesome cook 👩🍳
