I lucked out.. used wendell falls as a get in sold 5 years later major profit got my acre plus now hopefully for life idk if i could get a lot with land in the future how this is going
I actually see Wendell and Zebulon both becoming the new hottest locations for growth in the Raleigh Metro Area. Just check out Wendell Falls in the last few years that community has transformed tremendously. They have actually changed their entire infrastructure to accommodate their new growth. And they have the land to expand and build new homes and businesses.
@@GKRuff I think that everyone sees that coming due to Wendell Falls, but I still think that Garner's flying under the radar. This is not an either/or sort of thing. There's plenty of growth to go around.
As someone who moved to Garner (from Raleigh) in 2023, it shocks me how much less development it gets compared to other cities/towns that are even further away from downtown like Clayton and Wendell

Would definitely be hard to get a good priced lot in Raleigh or its' major suburbs
Raleigh will be larger than what you predict, and Garner will be the big surprise in Wake County. It's a sleeper due to its location.
I could definitely see Garner taking a leap, and Raleigh very well may be larger given all the vertical construction happening around downtown

since the Realtor changes... have you found that sellers are still offering to pay the buyers agents cost, or not? (for the $800k+ market).. Curious.
If you're still interested and you don't mind, please send me an email and I can go more in-depth (alison@thewgroupraleigh.com).
