I use the Same Pizza sauce (Except the 7/11}I also use Grande WM Cheese(a Case of 6 5lb bags WM shredded}I buy my Pizza dough frozen(SamsClub 23 24oz rounded doughs that I cut into 3 8oz for thin pizza for $23 per case}My thin pizza is great still I use a Blackstone pizza grill outside, but I am working on my Sicilian pizza and need to find Ezzo Pepperonni but I am using Hormel by the 5lb bags from Restaurant Deport.................
