Mayim Bialik revealed her most embarrassing moment on The Big Bang Theory set, which happened during the production of Season 6, Episode 10 of The Big Bang Theory. Amy Farrah Fowler gets sick and Sheldon Cooper, played by Jim Parsons, takes care of her. Even though on the 3rd day, Amy gets well, she still wants Sheldon to keep taking care of her.
Sheldon, in turn, finds out that Amy is completely healthy and immediately exposes her. Sheldon decides that the best punishment is spanking. The screen was supposed to fade to black and we would hear only slaps. And that’s where the situation gets tricky.
Mayim later shared on Larry King’s show that it was never planned to be filmed on camera in the first place. In that context, Just imagine, yesterday they said “Don’t worry, the audience will imagine the rest…” and today you’re getting slapped in front of the live audience.
At least, it seems like that Jim Parsons truly enjoyed this moment.
