Penny got Sheldon out of the bathroom to join his birthday party while Leonard argued with Amy. Sheldon taught Penny about Schrodinger's cat. Penny helped Sheldon solve string theory. There's lots of examples.

Every Missy and Penny moment are always awesome. But I especially LOVE seeing Penny and grown up Missy interact with each other. Sheldon doesn't even realize how lucky he is that both of his sisters got the chance to meet each other.
It makes so much sense now why Penny has been this close to Sheldon. She’s the closest reminder of his relationship with his sister Missy. They sure taught him things through different lenses that help shaped him for the better.
I always have tears of joy when Sheldon dedicates his graduation speech to Missy! I love how Sheldon’s graduation speech really made Missy feel so very loved! I even loved that sweet friendly look on her face as she heard his graduation speech he made to her! It was the very best most heart-warming beautiful moment ever on the show! 🥰💞
After moving to Pasadena, Penny was like a substitute sister to Sheldon. I enjoyed watching the Shenny moments. I know Sheldon and Missy have their differences, but they're great siblings.
In Young Sheldon it were nice for Missy to comfort Sheldon when he were upset. But in TBBT Penny gave Sheldon a signed napkin as a xmas gift and gave her a hug as a thank you. I think that Sheldon and Penny's sibling like bond were the best.
No, I feel Sheldon wantedly changed the scene to make his father the perfect man. Don't forget Young Sheldon is just a narration of adult Sheldon in his memoir.

When Sheldon is freaking out over the amount of attention he is receiving from winning the Nobel Prize, it is Penny who takes him for a drink and gets him to calm down. This moment often gets overshadowed, since it happens immediately after the revelation that the elevator is finally fixed. But it does a great job of illustrating exactly how far Sheldon and Penny’s relationship has gone.
I never thought Young Sheldon would be a success, but it’s SO freaking good and Missy is a DOLL!!! I watched a movie recently and I couldn’t figure out where the daughter was from and it drove me nuts. It ended up being Missy.
These are some of my favorite scenes from both series. The Bath Item Gift Hypothesis is definitely my favorite Penny and Sheldon scene. The one where Missy consoles Sheldon when he is crying was great too. It showed some maturity in Missy. Although, Missy did have her rebellious moments off and on after that.
I’m so glad Sheldon had strong woman in his life. Though after reminding some things he has said in his childhood and adulthood, but he gets it sooner or later.
"Getting my Ph.D, winning the Nobel Prize, getting to meet Professor Proton, working with Stephen Hawking..." Well, he got his Ph.D (two of them, in fact) prior to The Big Bang Theory, but the other three all happened ON the show.
I always cry when Sheldon dedicates his speech to missy. I always hope that me and my older sister will be like that, because Sheldon and missy may fight a lot but when push comes to shove they are All ways there for each other and I know that my older sister will be there for me and I will be there for her!! :)
Missy also asked Sheldon if he'd miss her when they're not together by comparing him to beans on his dinner plate; contemplating whether or not he needed them but still eat them anyway.
Penny and Sheldon’s bond was just different. Penny was exactly what Sheldon needed without even trying. Her and Lenard where like parents battling joint custody one moment then the older brother and sister the next. Don’t get me wrong. I think every character in the show made the show better in there way and honestly wouldn’t be the same if you remove any of the main 7 but the mane 3 could of had there own successful show alone. Raj, Howard, Bernadette and Amy added there own irreplaceable characteristics to the show too
(spoiler alert) Actually, yes. The so-called "other woman" was Mary herself cosplaying as a German woman named "Helga." Sheldon clearly misunderstood it, and he never said a word about it again up until he revealed it to Penny. Brenda Sparks was, if anything, a red herring.
If you think about though he really never talked nicely about anybody in his life. He had no filter. It wasn’t until the last years of the series run that he developed more friendly social skills.
I thought the Missy talk would also get a closure here with he Penny talk about change. Also, is very funny Sheldon's dad was a lot different that we thought, like how he never cheated on his mom.
Even though there are plot-points that don't match-up between BBT and Young Sheldon - I believe the two shows are the closest of any "spin-offs" ever... but my favorite 'sister' episode is the graduation scene... I never had a chance to experience anything like that, and would have hoped if I had - it would have been something like that... ☺

I thought the moment the Chicken flew into Kid Sheldon's Face while he was riding a Bicycle was EXTREMELY Funny. But to be fair, I have seen none of the episodes of "Young Sheldon" (Aside from Clips shown by MsMojo or WatchMojo) but have seen every single episode of "The Big Bang Theory", so I knew about Sheldon's Fear of Birds (Ornithophobia) and a Chicken incident Adult Sheldon mentioned. But still knowing about those things didn't stop me from the moment the Chicken flew into Kid Sheldon's Face while he was riding a Bicycle EXTREMELY Funny. I watched that clip in this video 3 times and laughed every time.

TBBT was ruined with the last four seasons. Chuck Lorre he’s an idiot who always ruins his shows for cheap comedy. He ruined Leonard and Penny and honestly he’s a fool for doing that. As long as they don’t make any spin off to take place after the shitty finale, fine. The social should’ve been sooner anyways that’s what ruined it.

It went from a fun, happy comic book show to a depressed, stressed, anxiety-inducing show, all just by the choice of colors used and the saturation of the lighting. Over the years, it transitioned from contrasting colors with highly saturated lighting to blended colors and very lowly saturated lighting (kind of like how a non-aired pilot would look).

Yeah a bit of writers revenge for s/p. At the start they wanted s/p to hook up but were rejected .When the series started to slide they made them closer. In the end, they made s/p the unmarried couple, closer than even l/p and sacrificing the actual married couple. The writers butchered the series.
