I admit the characters felt like a family to me for a while. I admit I saw Leonard and Penny as my parents, Sheldon, Howard and Raj as my uncles (Raj only because I didn't want to exclude him), and Amy and Bernadette as my paternal aunts by marriage. Sheldon and Amy are my favorites but I honestly don't see parent personality in them

It's my comfort show. It's always on my netflix and whenever I finish the show I start back to season one again. I've lost count now how many times I've rewatched all seasons.
I'm actually rewatching the whole series at the moment. Currently on season 7. I wish they would all come back and make some more episodes.

I’ve re-watched so many times I can’t even count. And every time I just end up laughing hysterically. When they play D&D Wolowitz impressions of Nicolas Cage, Al, Pacino, and Christopher Walken are just incredible. I think he was my favorite on the show. He was brilliant. I know everyone loves Sheldon and I do too. But Wolowitz and Amy just killed me.

I’m currently in my first watch through and I’m about hallways through season 7. All of these interviews are popping up and I’m saving them to my watch later to binge when I’m done with the series. I was very resistant to watch it because the laugh track always bugged me but I’ve been very impressed (not that anyone cares) 😂

it's not a laugh track, they have a live audience just like with friends. They do that to see if the scenes are actually funny so if the audience barely has a reaction to jokes they can improve :)

The best friends are Sheldon and Amy, the body language tells me Amy's character was a threat to penny, all I see there is co workers, I think penny wished she had Amy's role with Sheldon and she and Leonard had a real affair, so you know they are close. I worked 30 yrs with a dominating jealous hearted wht woman as penny, her on top or had to be pacified or she's mad, personality wise, Sheldon is friendly to all. Leonard and Amy worked together on blossom but we're teens at the time. Penny sits next to Sheldon bc he is the star

Wow about ten months ago I didn't even know about this show, and a co- worker told me about it and I just fell into this show ( love) with all the group. I've finished the series and feel so hurt that it was not like a soap opera that would continue for 30 years. I would like to see a newer version with their children in it.
