I played some locals with shanks into doffy and it goes 2 ways: either you win super close or you lose super hard in 10 minutes. You have to see rayleigh/dragon on curve going second or ben beckman going first as its already an uphill battle. Without those its an autolose and you can scoop it up after 7/8 don. I really like shanks as a deck but praying that the strongest deck in the format doesnt see everything sucks as so many people are running it in my locals.

People also tend to build shanks really weird not running the 7 cost Edward Newgate which actually destroys doffy in this match up.
I hate to see Shanks players not swing with Uta on 3 Don!!, that’s 2 hits on first swing, they either have to take or pay for it both times.
