The reason his don was sleeveless was because the organizers for some reason asked both players at the stream table to use these pre-prepared sleeveless don. Not sure why either. He also isn't from Malaysia. He came from Singapore and took everyone down. Truly a great performance from him.
Seeing another fellow BB player play at this speed and confidence after practicing BB since release is really rewarding cause in testing I’m also seeing these lines of play can’t wait for op-10 🙏🤓
Jack was KO'd by the Black Hole event that negates all effects on a character, then if it's 4C or less KO's it. By using Van Auger's activate main, the new cost on Jack is 4 once Black Hole is played.
I’m an NA Teach player and yeah, it’s just hard and people don’t put time into decks here. Just play what’s “good” and u can pop jack with only 9 don. Augur + black whole (negates the effect so it goes back to a 7 cost -3 from augur gets it to 4, pop with effect) thx for the vid!!!
The west is just too simple minded to comprehend. Nobody here would have thought to Augur to -3 cost to the Jack and then proceed to use Black Hole to negate the Jack effect to return it to a 7 cost character with a -3 to put it in KO range of Black Hole.
Crazy we didn’t show the final game of day one (round 8) which had some of the more interesting Blackbeard versus doffy interactions. Was the best Blackbeard game I’ve seen.
Flacco he popped the jack cause of the black hole nullify the card so when he lowered cost just think of it as a 7 cost not 11 agar lowers from 7-4 then black hole nullify card therefore dropping the original cost and taking away that +4 so jacks are gone easily with BB I play it over here in Long Beach LOVE THE VIDS KEEPNIT UP !!!
I hope I see more blackbeard. I never play meta and I have an amazing match up with black-yellow lin lin. Concept of the deck is hand and board control.
Man the west is so bad I’ve been cooking up Blackbeard and dogging everyone with it here locally when I get a chance to play . I just don’t have the time this past couple months cause of licensing for work. Gunna play some major tournaments this year if I can get in and show the west how to play this game so we can stop embarrassing ourselves
Im surprised people dont run the new Rush Jesus Burgess with the new op10 Kuzan. You can have multiple Kuzans on board, swing then clear them to pull out multiple Rush Jesus Burgess from the trash and then get a few more free swings.
Whats the point of doing that, when you can just bring back a 9-10k Burgess thats almost impossible to interact with for most decks? Doesn't fit BB's game plan at all.
@velvetstigma4961 the point is you would get like a maximum of 7 swings if setup right. You can finish the game from like 3 life depending on their hand.
I hate when people glaze Doffy like its the ultimate gatekeeping deck when Blackbeard is right there. Sure Doffy might be the strongest but you gotta give BB his flowers even if he got paid punters on stream
