I always loved how most divine characters seems to fade into something. Mila and Duma fades and turns into a tree, Anankos dissolves into water, and Rhea turns into flowers (but not completely since she can survive this fight if you at least A support her

My first and second playthroughs of this final boss did not go so well. In my current playthrough, I decided to level up everyone to 50, and see how it will work out this time
I feel you, Silver Snow was my first route because I didn't know I needed to talk to Edelgard for Crimson Flower, Rhea kicked my ass, I had to use every Divine Pulse because the Immaculate One alone would wipe my entire team, I only ended up beating her because miraculously Yuri, Balthus and Byleth survived every other enemy. All three constantly healing each other, Yuri's crest coming in clutch.

My playthrough I was recruited everyone and paired 14 ending. 16 if count Ashen Wolves.
That's Amazing, Even after I upload all three routes I should do the maps but in Maddening mode and mix between houses

d l c and recruit her, if your talking about her outfit, she gets it when she’s recruited too
You have to go to your room and look at your book, you can change your units appearances, you can change Anna's appearance to her trickster outfit, which in change also switches her portrait.
