    Thanks, Clack! Your previous video on the subject pushed me over the edge to pick up a can and try it on glass for the first time this week. Fantastic results ensued. Now, I wonder why I waited so long! Appreciate the work you've put into the video series.

    Hi there, Cog Hill sent me over, have not checked ur video's yet, but i subbed and will go back and watch u all. Our great grand father showed us at 8 years old how to build a bird house. after that we were hooked on wood workiing, me and my twin brother started making silhouettes of nearly everything, painted everything black, then 1 single color but always only 1 color, ie butterfly's in pink or green or purple, at age 14 we made and sold $1 million dollars worth of stuff. we built stuff from age 8 to age 17, then in 2020 we lost our whole family to covid. great grand parents, both, grand parents both and mom and dad. at age 17 we buried our whole family and now were left with a hog farm with 12,000+ hogs and a $12, million dollar loan to repay. our woodworking business is dead but we are now full time hog farmers and currently have 37,000+ hogs, in janurary 2022 all the paperwork was finished and we now have mom's whole family from ukraine working on our farm. Sadly mom was gone already so she never got to see the dream she had to bring her whole family to Canada. sorry i like to tell people about ourselfs if we sub their channel, kinda like being friends to good channels.

      That is quite a story. That is a terrible situation but good to see that it is improving. Losing loved ones is always tough, multiple is even worse. You must be a strong person, God only puts on us what we can handle. Glad to see the rest of the family got their dream... Thanks for watching.

      @@TheClackShack my twin brother and i leaned on each other, we visited the funeral home 8 weeks straight. They started saying Oh no not again. uncle died 3 months later his wife passed a year before, so 3 days after we turned 18 we became the parents to our 2 cousins, both under 10 years old. we were 4 months late on loan payments, they don't care if ur dead they want the money, and 5 months late on the sale tax things. and government did not care they want your info. in 2020 we were twin 17 year olds then turned 18 but for 6 months we slept together in same bed. yes 2 men in same bed. it was comforting.

    Another use for the spray is to use it on a powder coated tumbler. The black marking looks really good against a light color. I use enduramark instead of ceramark but the look will be the same. I just did a lavender tumbler and the black really pops against the lavender.

    I have a 10w D1. I use just enough coating that I can’t see stainless through it. Takes only 5 minutes to dry so no need to sit hours. I use 100-140 lines per CM. More it’s high detail. 100% power and 65mm/s speed.

    Of course the spray powder is going to look better than plain SS engraving. The powder solidifies when it is heated with the laser, because it is an add-on product that adheres to the surface. Whether it's black, blue, red, green, etc., it will be bolder than the plain SS because of the reflection that occurs when the laser hits a light in color surface.

    Can you do a cermark vs cold galvanizing compound video? I've had good results with cgc, but it doesn't stay nice and black for very long...a couple of months for my daily used coffee tumbler. Curious if cermark will stay black longer. Thanks for your videos.

If you might help me out would much appreciated!

      @TheClackShack  Рік тому

      Cermark results would be the same with the right settings, bare might be a little darker but I doubt it. From my experience, that is about as dark as stainless gets. Too hot and the metal will actually start to sink in and pit. I figured that out on some thin stainless flasks.
