I think it has to do a lot with his technique. Most of the highs are falsetto highs which don’t put as much strain on his throat. With that being said, he still sounds the fucking same 🔥

A pity King Diamond didnt do the studio record scream that should've taken place around 5:25 , but understandable that with age you cannot longer break your voice like that daily without damage.
