Just a tip, when mounting trackers and alarms, don't show them on video. You never know what scumbag is watching and knows where you stop for lunch. Your big time now, you gotta protect yourself like a celebrity.
The real ones got 1 dead obvious tracker and then atlease 2 or 3 that are well hidden😂. I HIGHLY recommend putting a dummy alarm somewhere obvious so that if your bike ever does get stolen the thief will remove the obvious one and then most likely think they are in the clear. Last thing you want is someone stripping down your bike and finding all the other trackers you have… remember a tracker is only doing its job if it’s still with your bike, once it’s removed it completely useless. Honestly I’m surprised surron hasn’t come up with some sort of tracker built into the battery or somewhere else… imagine how awesome it would be if every time you charged your battery your alarm got like a month worth of charge..😮 I got an AirTag hanging off my battery door and an AirTag with the prickly horn delete plate. And then finally I have the knog scout alarm on the back of my controller and the Invoxia underneath my seat cover with some memory foam over it. 4 total trackers - 3 of which use different technology to ping and I did an alarm delete on the hidden AirTag 😂…
even better tip, USE A BOLTED DOWN ALARM, not a alarm that is stuck on by some double sided tape...... (I know there are some very sticky double sided tapes you can get)....... but either BOLT IT DOWN, ORRRRRR use some sort of 2 part epoxy glue to get it to the point where someone cant just rip it off with their bare hands, I had a $5300 downhill mountainbike, and I was up at whistler MTB park in vancouver canada, (I live like a 2hour drive from there) and me and my buddies wanted to go to one of the local pubs, it was like 11PM on a tuesday we were all on holidays going up there to MTB for the week and just have some fun and relax, and we all decided instead of walking the 1.5km from our rented cabin we would ride our downhill bikes.... WE ALL had trackers on our bikes, but mind you this was like 2016 so trackers were SUPER FUCKING bulky back then, at least good ones that would track a decent distance, anyways, we all went into the pub, used our bike locks and locked out bikes to the CEMENTED IN bike rack... we were in there for a good 2 hours, and when we came out, MY BIKE and one of my other friends bikes were missing, (I dont think it was a coincidence that me and him happened to have the most expensive donwhill bikes out of the 5 of us.) but to make a long story short, there it was, sitting right beside our bike locks that had been cut and left on the ground.. it was BOTH of our trackers, just sitting there............. THE CRAZIESTTTTTT part of this story is , ONE OF THE FUCKING WAITRESSES HAD SEEN THEM CUTTING OUT BIKE LOCKS, BUT DIDNT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE SHE JUST "FIGURED THAT THEY WERE RENTAL BIKES" and according to her....... "we dont even care any more, rental bikes get stolen so much around here that we dont even try to save them because our staff ends up getting injured trying to save the bikes" yeahhh............ THEY FUCKING WATCHED IT HAPPEN AND DID NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...... I was beyondddddddddd maddddddd..... at this point I was like 6 drinks deep, and my fucking $6000 downhill mountain bike had been stolen........ and their only words of advice were......." well you could stick around for the next couple days and see if anyone is riding around on your bike and then you know who took it" ........ HOLY SHITTTT man I almost wanted to punch this dumb bitch in the face........ you could tell she was some spoiled rotten 20 year old who had rich parents,,,,, AND I WAS RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! her parents owned the fucking pub we were at!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hollyyyyyyy fuckkkkkkkkk I have never wanted to punch people in the face as much as this daughter, father, and mother then I EVER HAVE IN MY ENTIRE FUCKING LIFE...... they were acting like a $6000 bike was the same thing being stolen as a fucking $200 shitty ass bike you would buy off of a used bike website that is in shitty condition.............. I WAS FUCKING FURIOUSSSSSSSSSS..... never did get my bike back.......
I watched the channel non-stop last month, I wanted so so much to buy a Surron. Today I went to a testing camp to test one. Right after 5 minutes I slipped on wet grass. My knee is out, surgery coming, 5 months of bed and therapy estimated. Good luck you boys, hope you will not loose your arms, feet or worse. These are NOT toys. Praying for your safety 🙏

Alright, so here's my one go to tip for putting in a threaded headset. You thread in a spare bolt (pretty common knowledge). BUT, you then thread a nut down to keep any of the headset fastener threads from stripping or if you're a perfectionist. Put a wider washer thick washer below that. Thinner washers will bend when you're bashing the hell out of it. Because who can be bothered to buy a press cup. 😂

So all around 500 Euros . And i baught it for 5 k I avoid the Police bc my built is semi legal on the streets but i have a Plate .. I live 2 minutes away from Forrest and big Hills so Most of the time im not on the streets . Only found 2 other Riders witz a surron 2 villages away so there are sadly too few ! Buy one u wont regret it !

What typ of tire is fair for dirt, asphalt and sand/snow IE super motor wheels ? Or sell it and get a Talaria Sting r or something ? any thoughts ?

It’s shift cable is broken, the paint job is scratched, the handlebar angle is uncomfortable and there’s no replacements for the charger because the engineered a unique plug… Any guidance? It’s an awesome bike but it’s a project now.

Hi Sur Ronster, I’m reaching out because I'm a huge fan of your videos and have learned so much from them about electric vehicles and the thrill of riding. I love watching your content, and it's actually one of the biggest reasons I became so interested in electric vehicles in the first place. Right now, I’m riding a Jetson that tops out at around 15 mph. It’s great, and I'm grateful to have it, but I can’t help but notice how week I feel when I’m with my friends who have much faster electric vehicles. They’re able to zoom ahead and tackle different terrains that my Jetson just can't handle. It’s a bit frustrating to be left behind, especially since I’m so passionate about riding and would love to experience that level of freedom and speed. I’m in a bit of a bind financially, so I can’t really afford to upgrade right now. I know the E-Ride Pro 2.0 could be life-changing for me-it's reliable, fast, and has the kind of power that would allow me to keep up with my friends and explore further. Owning an E-Ride Pro 2.0 would be a dream come true and would mean so much to me as someone who admires your content and looks up to you.🥺🖤

@surronster I have a challenge for you good sir!!! Build a Sur Ron that holds two batteries in the battery compartment. One behind the other. Then, use two 60v batteries and wire them in series and put them in the bike. Can this be done? Theoretically yes, but I have no idea lol. If you can do this, your range would triple if you use 60ah batteries, you would have 7.2kwh roughly. Should land you around 130 miles of range

I love watching your content, and it's actually one of the biggest reasons I became so interested in electric vehicles in the first place. Right now, I’m riding a Jetson that tops out at around 15 mph. It’s great, and I'm grateful to have it, but I can’t help but notice how week I feel when I’m with my friends who have much faster electric vehicles. They’re able to zoom ahead and tackle different terrains that my Jetson just can't handle. It’s a bit frustrating to be left behind, especially since I’m so passionate about riding and would love to experience that level of freedom and speed. I’m in a bit of a bind financially, so I can’t really afford to upgrade right now. I know the E-Ride Pro 2.0 could be life-changing for me-it's reliable, fast, and has the kind of power that would allow me to keep up with my friends and explore further. @surronster I have a challenge for you good sir!!! Build a Sur Ron that holds two batteries in the battery compartment. One behind the other. Then, use two 60v batteries and wire them in series and put them in the bike. Can this be done? Theoretically yes, but I have no idea lol. If you can do this, your range would triple if you use 60ah batteries, you would have 7.2kwh roughly. Should land you around 130 miles of range
