- Sniper Elite 4 has 33 Collectible Locations in Mission 2: Bitanti Village (3 Deadeye Targets, 1 Sniper Reports, 5 Letters to Home, 5 Letters from Home, 5 Last Letters, 10 Documents, 4 Duty Rosters). Finding all collectibles unlocks the following trophies / achievements:
The Collector [Silver / 25G]
A Bird in the Hand... [Bronze / 25G]
Greatest Hits [Bronze / 25G]
In total you can find 322 collectibles (50 Letters from Home, 50 Letters to Home, 50 Last Letters, 75 Misc Documents, 27 Sniper Reports, 40 Duty Rosters, 30 Deadeye Targets). The two Co-Op Overwatch missions also contain collectibles and are required for the trophies and achievements!
None of the Sniper Elite 4 Collectibles are missable. You can get missing items at any time via mission select. There is a collectible counter for each mission which shows exactly how many items of each type you have found.
Everything is saved automatically and instantly when you pick it up. You can return to the title screen without having to reach the next checkpoint. If you die you don't have to pick it up again.
A lot of letters, documents, sniper reports, and all duty rosters are loot from enemies. When looking at them with the binoculars it will say if they have a collectible item. You can also see their name through the binoculars, so compare with the name in the video to find the right person. Or simply kill everyone and loot the corpses.
Some of the collectibles are not from enemies and actually hidden in the game world. Deadeye Targets look like statues of stone eagles and you must shoot them down.

Why do you give the collectibles numbers and not use the titles of the documents??? Its really anoying cause the documents arent numbered on the right order and now i still dont know witch one i have.... still a good guide but could be done a bit better if you replace the numbers for titles..
It's a bit cumbersome but you can see the title of the document in the bottom right corner in the video. If you go to the menu, you can see which collectibles you are missing and how they are called.

I've replayed this level so many times and can't find the third Last letter (Emil Schlusser). Is this a glitch or do I have to wait until he comes in. I've been tagging all the bodies and none of them have any special items
Screw it, I'm just gonna remember to tag the corpses too if and when I do a second playthrough. The Hitman player in me unfortunately rushes to chuck most of the bodies into the water :P

Powerpyx, do you know where the rifle "greta" is? It's part of the mission challenges for this stage, you need to get it then kill the sniper in under 5 minutes. Nothing on the internet so far, thanks

You can find the Greta rifle in the Bitanti Village map. It's hard to describe how to get to it, but you can now find videos on it.
The picnic area where the note was.....I didn't see it as I shot at the cheese and walked away

are the rosters and misc documents required towards the platinum in any way?
A little late to this comment, 2 years later, but here I am anyways. Yes. You need to find all collectibles in all missions to obtain a trophy. DLC Missions do not count. Sniper Reports and Stone Eagles are separate trophies.
that soldier with that letter at 7:06 does not exist
I know this your comment is a year ago but that soldier with that letter exists,if the enemies spot u they will come after u,and that guy leaves his place

If you play on PS4, on the left of the controller press the pointer button that’s facing up 2 times, it will switch the ammo type.

There are now videos showing where they all are, and what's great, is the spot where you can hit all three is right near the start.
I used this website to help me out with all my stone eagles (minus the Deathstorm Campaign. It does not have those ones.)
