- Here's a short video showing how to change the Samsung Fridge Freezer temperature.
In this video, I'll show the steps to do this and show the recommended freezer and fridge temperature per manual as well.
The video was filmed on: Model # RF28R7201SR (stainless steel) French door fridge but is similar to other models.

Hi my freezer is set to 0f and fridge @35 f it’s two weeks now my freezer still isn’t freezing just getting cold ..what is the correct settings to freeze the stuff in my freezer ?
You have the right settings. I assume there's something in the freezer but not freezing. Could lots of stuff like condenser, compressor, evaporator or something else. Probably want to have an appliance technician to look at the issue in person. If under warranty, call Samsung directly.
Hi when I change the freezer r fridge temperature ,it goes back to what it was set as before ..How to keep it at the temperature I set it at .Also my freezer is like couple days old
Once you setup the temperature, it will revert back showing the current temperature.
@netman88 Very true so how will we know what temp we've changed it to, for me it's not even showing that the numbers are changed when I press the button. Also I am unlocking it before attempting to change the temp

Hi. Do you know why the top ice maker stucks frequently? Y check and seems like the ice is melting and forms a block, not allowing the mechanism to bring the ice to the actual dispenser. I tried to avoid spending time with the door open, but it didn't work. Y Lower the temparature a couple of degrees too

I’m trying to adjust the temp on the fridge but nothing I do changes it at all. The same with the freezer for that matter. Is it locked up for some reason? It’s model how to adjust temperature on samsung refrigerator model rf27t5201 and it’s digital. It’s only a year old. Please help if you can 😊
When you change the temperature, it will saved the new temperature and show the "current temperature". If your fridge is working fine, it should reach the new temperature in 12 hours or less.

Our fridge is set to zero but our freezer has ice crystals everywhere. Do you know why?
Maybe the seals around freezer door has air leaks. Best to have technician look at this

I do the same thing and I will lock it and it changes the temperature on me
Once you change the temperature and save it, it will take time to reach the new temperature. It's just showing the current temperature.
