I added cardio of 10-15 miles per week so yeah and a cleaner diet.Also added pull-ups and dumbbells to my routine. I'm going to keep doing Chloe Ting's 2 week shred but she came out with another core exercise plan so I might look at that too. Good job on your journey too. Let's get the summer body together! Woohoo!

Hey Justin, I want to challenge you to do a simple challenge which I am also taking up from 15th June, It is just that wake up in the morning at whatever time, and just do Meditation for 10 minutes not more or less than that it is really simple and only takes 10 minutes....Hope you will give it a try
I’ve been waking up at 4:30AM ever since I learned it from Richard Yu and I’ve been more productive ever since! It was sooo hard at first but now I see and feel its benefits!
Don't understand why people equate waking up early as being more productive. If you're the sort of person who is more productive later in the day you'll get the same results if you wake up at a reasonable time and commit to doing your schoolwork/working out later in the day and into the evening.
That’s totally valid. But I will say that through this experience, I learned that I might be more of a night owl in that I have more energy at night but I also found that I can still be really productive in the morning because I don’t have as many distractions. Everyone has their own system but I thought it would be an interesting experiment to try something completely different for a change :)

Try the cloe ting after workout stretches! They totally help with soreness and recovery! Only takes 10 mins and it makes a difference.
