I would say 100% of the entire shift, but I understand that people burp, fart, sing to themselves, etc. when no one is around, so why record that? But the second a police officer decides to engage with someone, it has got to turn on. Plus, I don't understand why the police are allowed to turn the audio off and on.

A cop brought my older brother home one day about 50 years ago. My brother had disrespected the cop with his big mouth! He didn’t call the cop “broh” 50 times or the N word 5 or 6 times like this boy did. Watch the other video that came out and you can see for yourself. You can also hear his friends in the background with their 2 cents worth. What took place here was a smart ass but intelligent kid trying to impress his smart ass friends with his “cool black with the impressionable dopey white kids attitude” Back to my brother; the ole man took care of the situation and he did it right in front of the cop and a few neighbors! Yep, it was all over and that was the last time my brother had any problems with the cops! Oh, no one called local news as well!

He needs to file charges against the officer because when that officer had him in the police car driving to the station---that conversation went way left as to what the police said he was going to put into his report. *I can't believe the police department released that car ride conversation as if that's normal, decent behavior of someone our taxes pays for his/their salaries---smh*
