and yes, I like Star wars, general grievous is my favorite :)
but anyways I hope this is a good edit :D

• Star Wars: General Gri...
support the person who made the song :D
Who would've known that Disney gave more justice to Grievous in one minute than the entire Clone Wars show.
True lmao
And it is crazy since they were not in charge of the Clone Wars show before. This is one of the only improvements Disney has actually made while owning this brand
Wasn't really Disney. But yeah. Sucks that we didn't get this form of grievous that somewhat like the original till Disney brutalized it
@@gospelfreak5828Rogue one Darth Vader scene?
@@snipershot6014 I said one of the only. Not THE only. Rogue One was a fire movie. The Vader scene is peak Star Wars.
I enjoy that they make it clear he is just goofing around. The Night Witches never stood a shred of a chance against him and he knows it.
I know right
I think Grievous is probably gonna be my favorite Star Wars character no matter what

“RUN WITCHES RUN YOU ONLY PROLONG THE INEVITABLE”
2003 Grievous was an absolute menace not a mere coward like the 2005 and 2008 versions and I’m glad Tales Of The Empire brought back that intimidating and ruthless side of Grievous despite it being an L show.
BROOOO 2003 general grievous is a problem why I got into Star Wars
I was genuinely so happy that in tales of the empire, he was ruthless and had intimidation again despite the shoe like you said, being an L
0:25 me too
0:41 I liked it how much they put general grievous being ruthless instead of being a coward.
I love it too
We got the real general grievous we all want to be back for a little bit
@@ItzInfinitedajackala lot more screen time. Where Grevious could focus on commanding from the ground not from the sky. Within reason.
He's definitely still a coward when he's clearly outmatched, he runs from Kenobi in episode 3 several times as soon as anything goes wrong. It's also a part of his personality, he will literally throw droids at people and then make his escape 😂
Whoever was in charge of this episode, especially animating Grievous, was cooking.
TRUE
W
Grievous to the Night Sisters was what Anakin was to the Tusken Raiders. A powerful mass murderer that was a living nightmare to them.
The thing I noticed w the old grevious theme is the higher notes actually provoke anxiety in whoever’s listening a little human 101 😂
I love how many times he chose not to kill her when he could have. He wanted to torture and toy with his prey. When he did make the kill, he made sure someone was watching and did it effortlessly.
This is probably the only time where Grievous spinning his lightsabers is actually intimidating in this animation form.
I don't mind Grievous being a coward. What I do want is a threatening villain. He can still have the cowardice for when he is clearly losing. But a villain is only as good as you make them intimidating. There are plenty of Batman villains who would run away, or even Goblin in the first Spiderman movie ran a couple of times. But they are threatening. And for a supposed Jedi killer, we don't see a lot of him killing Jedi. They could have balanced it out in the Clone Wars, but Filoni decided to not do much with the character except humiliate him time and time again. It's hard to like a villain who does nothing significant except kill one Jedi padawan nobody liked and who was also a padawan, so it didn't have that much weight. This show partially redeemed the character, and I hope that this will not be the last time we see Grievous in this animated style. I'd love to see a show or some episodes of him killing actual Jedi masters
You mean... Intimidating!
The main problem in the clone wars is he was always facing main characters who we knew aren't going to die
@@Lord-521 That's true. But he didn't always have to lose. Or at least do some significant damage to where the hero has to run away. They could have written in more tension and given the heroes times where they were losing badly and had to run and be the cowards themselves.
@@gospelfreak5828 that's totally fair, I would have loved to see him have at least one victory of the heroes
Retreating a Cowardice are different things in my book. The OG Grievous wasn’t being a coward when her ran originally, he was just smart enough to know that he was outmatched. The gunship, and mace windu were the only times he ran originally, and as much as I love him, he was outmatched in both those instances. You retreat when you know you are beat. Cowards just run when they might be beat. I agree with your overall statement, I just wanted to add my two cents. I don’t think Grievous should have ever been a coward, but I do think he was right to run in certain instances.
"Your training has served me well. It has awarded me many trophies...."
Damn that was good. And Grievous is my favorite SW character too.
Indeed & One Of My Favorite SW Characters Too :-)
Okay, the music just made this scene a lot more terrifying
In my opinion as a Grievous fan, he's the goat along with this theme.
Grievous is a lot scarier in the updated animation and unlike many others I don’t think this show is bad
I love this verison of grievous despite not appearing long. I found the show to be okay, not bad but not the greatest
I miss 2003 grievous, the original and best.
True
“Jedi butcher” nah
“Butcher of dathomir” yeah
My head cannon is that the Clone Wars tv series was propaganda films made by tge Republic. It would really explain a lot. Like the way the Jedi conduct themselves near the end of tge series, when Palpatine really began forging his empire. Would also explain why General Grievous, who despite being feared loses constantly, is so inept. Yet here we see a glimpse of the 'Real' General Grievous. A sadistic monster that is almost unstoppable and incredibly capable.
They did a good touch on him only having three arms since Asajj cut one of them before
🤔 Sniff* Someone Cooked Here…
My goat Grievous got justice in this scene
How was that song not made his “Imperial March?” That song made that scene instantly cooler.
I know right
Theme a lil to loud but seems to fit pretty well
Is it lil too loud? My bad lol
@@ItzInfinitedajackal Well the music is a little louder then the actual clip so yeah. Also I would have tried to mute the background music of the original clip so you don't hear two songs at once
Now that's the general i know in love a beast in combat
Now that is a really grievous
Finally, us Grievous fans are starting to get reparations after all these years of slander.
1:37 mine too :D
Una pregunta ahora que lo empiezo A cuántas personas muy importantes más mato grievous Que no fueran jedis🤔
En realidad, no estoy muy seguro de cuántas personas importantes que no eran Jedi murieron para Grievous.
Could you do his theme from revenge of the sith
Like with this scene?
@@ItzInfinitedajackal yeah
@shadow31305 Sure, I'll make it whenever I have some free time again
Is that picture of 2003 Grevious from the thumbnail official or fan made?
To be honest
I have no idea
Жалко что в сериале "войны клонов" Гривус в основном показан как слабак, хотя он этих джедаев пачками вырезает
I guess it is an improvement over tcw, but i hate how overreliant Grievous has become on not only using both lightsabers at once, but the same old third hand trick. The real 2003 grievous fought off multiple jedi before even busting out the second lightsaber
TOTE Grievous f***ed Disney, Yay!
True
Lmao its 1 minute and consoomers acting like its whole show
