One of the coolest video game songs I've listened to and awesome use of mixing 5/4 and 4/4 time signatures. There aren't many songs that can switch time signatures in their songs as smoothly as this song does. Honestly super underrated song from the Nintendo catalog.
There was a meme made that had a horse being air lifted somewhere with the caption "Horse privileges revoked" and it uses this music which is why you are hearing about it. It has nothing to do with the actual song.
