Yes, this is a massive home. Ensuite: Master BdR is huge with large window 👏🏿!! Master bath is beautiful and oversized 👏🏿!!! Separate His and Her’s massive closets ❤️!! I am done!! Just tell me where to sign!!! Rest of home is beautiful!!! “Oversized and Spacious” is theme of this house. Excellent tour of this massive home!!Thanks for sharing! Take care.
This bathroom is beautiful This is what makes a house your bathrooms and the kitchen's nice tub is beautiful this house is gorgeous. 💖💝🫶💖💝 Nice laundry room as well.
Liked exterior bricks, outdoors lanterns, his and her closets, nice kitchen with beautiful light fixtures over sink, extended parking a plus, and nice overall layout of home. Thanks for tour, Marcus! ☺
Alright Marcus, you went in with that intro😂Love it! Nice home.. One thing I’m surprised to see here in Texas that the code for standard garages is 7ft and above. It seems most garages builders are going with is 7ft.. It should be at least 8ft. Especially, with all of the lifted trucks in this state. Heck, it might be tight with an Escalade or Denali..
Great house however id put the master suite uptop so its better fengshui lol. Make the current master a cinema area. N switch up the location of the stairs so its at least near the main entrance of the house otherwise it will take forever to get to the front door when someone rocks up ha ha. Thanks Mr Rankin! 😎
Greetings, great showing/presentation, thank you for posting! Over all this did not come together for me. Ya lost me the sec you entered, b/c at the price point I would expect a more grandiose entry way. When you entered I thought you entered through a side door (You entered through the front door and immediately were greeted with the backyard ( that pool is just that, a pool vs Oasis). Loved when you prefaced "it's staged, minorly.", and led us into the primary. I thought the primary could have been wider, but I liked the his/her wardrobe ( there is a design flaw in the "his" wardrobe, as the dresser should have gone back a few inches, at 4:56, it's clear why)... I love the great room and the kitchen (this is where the entry should be).... the remainder of the home is fine but the cons that started at the entry are significant enough to outweigh the pros. However, I can respect that it's a matter of taste preference (one man's trash). Again, great showing/ presentation as you are always thorough, informative, and engaging, thanks for posting!!
I love the house. Just gorgeous. There is one thing that I did not like. I did not like where the front door was and thought the porch was way too plain for that type of house. I mean front porch could’ve been beautiful with a high ceiling and nice lamps on each side of the door. There wasn’t a grand entrance either. I was really bummed on how they did the front porch and foyer. I mean gorgeous house otherwise. Thanks for sharing with us.
Marcus… this time of year how bad is the tarantula problem in Texas now that the males are roaming looking for mates? I’ve heard they’re all over the grasslands in Texas.
This house gives me a perception that the house is cheaply built. Master is poorly constructed and designed. The office is really small . Bed rooms downstairs are narrow, who doe according door . House at this price point you like your theater room downstairs
This is mine for real! It has everything that I wanted in a home! Love it!!
That’s what I like to hear 👏🏼

Does King Wing have any communities in or near Houston?

It looked bigger from the outside view vs the actual sq footage.
Fair enough
