  • The Kawasaki Mule SX is the narrower, more nimble version of the larger Kawasaki Mules. This is a great vehicle for all around work, and because of it's size, is very capable of trail riding too! Is it right for you? Check out this video! Want to see it for yourself? Connect with the amazing team at Jim Gilbert's PowerSports here: powersports.wh...

    I have owned one of these for a year. I use it as a shooting vehicle here in Australia. It is excellent for how I use it. The fuel economy is also very good. For how I shoot, the bench seat is great as it is very easy to slide in and out of. Overall, I am a very satisfied owner. As a purely functional vehicle it is hard to beat.

    I have had a 610 mule for 16 years now, it's a great machine, never had a problem with it, I've put 1 set of tires and a few batteries over the years, the reliability of this product is second to none, you can abused it some, but maintain it and it'll go everywhere slow and steady 👍

    This style mule hasn’t changed much in years, why change something that works great, my 07 can go the same places my friends go, it’s not fast and yet fast enough for me, would love to have a new one in 4x4, my 2wd will anyplace I want to go, need one for plowing, these Mules are work horses, Kawasaki fine job fine job

    This thing would be perfect for the farm, I have a 2020 ranger 570. Only about 250 hours already something in the front end poping 🙄 other than that it’s been good I just wonder how long it’ll last

    What is the largest bore single cylinder available for a model like this and what trim designation?

    Great review Pete. I have tried for a year to find one and all the dealers in south GA were out and couldn't get them. I got a call from a dealer last week and said he had two. I was looking for a 4X4 only. It wasn't the color choice I would have picked but I had a choice between Royal Red or White so I got the red. I'm pushing 60 and have a 75 acre property and I am so happy with this machine. It has exceeded my expectations in one week!

    How fuel efficient is this compared to a pioneer 520?

    What’s the horse power rating? I think the bed can hold or carry 300 or 400 lbs. My little trailer weighs around 225 lbs., I’m wondering how much weight can I put in the trailer if the machines bed is fairly employ.

    400cc? wouldnt it lack A Lot oh hp and torque?

    • @PeterLoweOne
      @PeterLoweOne  Рік тому +1

      It's still got a lot of torque for what it is, but it's not a high speed machine for sure. It's not going to replace a sport ATV, but it's still very trail capable as is. No one machine will do everything perfectly, but this can do a lot more than some people would assume.

    Hi

    It's not very trail capable unless you like slow and really rough trail rides. And it doesn't come with a hitch, which is ridiculous.

    • @PeterLoweOne
      @PeterLoweOne  Рік тому

      It's not designed to be a full ATV, but it can absolutely head down light to medium trails. As far as a hitch, there are a LOT of options within the Mule lineup that can work harder. Kawasaki doesn't have to make this a do it all machine because they have so many other options that will suit different users.

      The FX is for the trail, but I agree, not including a hitch is just annoying

      I brought one home 165 miles in back of Chevy Silverado. Had to leave gate partially down but no problems.

      Yes it did fit and almost closed tailgate so strapped it
