    Thats the only cardio machine I use but I barely do cardio lol but I definitely need to start

    I always just listen to music I like and the time passes by fast. My back feels mostly fine, but I use the stair master all the time. The other day I did 40 minutes on 10 and then kicked it up to 12 for the last 10 minutes. I always crouch though. I will try to stop doing that and maybe go slower at first when I stand up straight because I am not used to it. Would you say crouching over burns less calories, puts to much strain on certain muscles. doesn't work muscles as hard, etc? Or is it more about the back thing? Thanks for the video.

    Yes I love the stair master. I be trying my hardest to make sure I stand up straight but it be hardddd lol
