Great video...I definitely agree with you about the artificial sweeteners 😊 I've had to cut out certain ones completely (maltitol and isomalt) as even tiny amounts have some undesirable side effects! x
May i ask how do you calculate the macros? For instance, in your lunch the 130g raw minced beef has 22g of protein. The other 20g where are from? Only from the yogurt and avocado?
Love your channel, was wondering what Nespresso machine do you have. I watched one of your videos a while back and saw how easy it was to make that coffee.
Putting blocks between your knee and the abductor machine causes unnecessary angle in your knee, see your knee caves in and is not directly above your ankle you’ll just cause issues in your hips from doing that

I track my macros and work this out based on my height, weight and goals, I help you with this inside my Flowness club where I have my macro calculator and guides etc 🥰
@@manonnstr I’ve reduced my running distances/volume a lot now so expenditure isn’t crazy high, my cal deficit cals were about 1550/1600 but that’s what works for me/everyones will differ 🩷

1 gram per pound of your ideal weight, so for me that’s 140g roughly
