I think between this track, the Powerpuff Girls theme song, and other video games of the 90's and 00's, this is why I love drum and bass and breaks so much today.
The original PS1 Crash games had really good memorable, unique synths. If there's something I'd criticize the WoC ost for, it's the abandonment of this sensibility, though at the same time I love that ost as it is and they were clearly going for a darker theme with the aesthetics (I think they failed miserably aside from the ost though, it seems half hearted that they even went through with the darker, "cooler" tone in the end.)

Ahh, the drums here and the bass are very cool. Gives you that peppy industrial vibe.
