The Cumming Costco is getting crowded with the over development in the area. They need to build another one further north up 400 or in Gainesville.

They have not said what it will be named yet, but it will go where the Lakeshore Mall currently is in Gainesville

Branch Properties is the developer, still has to get approval and they hope to break ground in late 2026.
