Sitting area in the garden is important not just for relaxing but for viewing what you're growing and what you can do to improve your gardening area, the visitors to your garden and just listening to nature.
It is always delicious to spend time with Yellow Door Urban Homestead. Asia, you are a cool drink of water on a hot day. Thank you so much for being you!!! And sharing your journey with us. What an inspiration and blessing!
Hi Asia, have you ever thought to get a pressure washer to clean the wood fence in the garden behind the Bistro set. I love watching your videos they are so calming and peaceful. Peace, Love and Blessings Always!!!!!
Your videos are always enjoyable and it’s so cool 😎 that you keep it real. I need seating areas I have a foldable camp stool but it’s not always easy to lug it around so seating is my next project. Happy gardening 🌺🦋
Order non woven landscaping fabric and use Gravel rocks where you don’t want plants like for your pathways . Also, you can get some rock and mulch glue, It makes the stones feel like a solid surface. I hope this helps.
I have been finding myself coming to your channel every other day looking for you, Sis. Asia. I don't want to know your business, but I enjoy hearing you talk. Shalam wabarakwath (Peace and Blessings).💖💖
I also live in zone 7b in Virginia. I try to grow summer squash and zucchini every year and fail because of the vine borer. This year I opted for a borer resistant variety that is resistant to the vine borer. It is called zucchino rampancante. It has a light green skin and is shaped similar to a crookneck yellow squash. It can get quite large if grown to maturity. It is very good substitute for zucchini in cooking when harvested early.
Have you ever discussed how you came up with the name for your channel? I understand the "Urban Homestead" but can you tell us about "Yellow Door" part? Sounds like that would be interesting.
If possible, could you give an update on the worm container you put together earlier? Has it turned out to be what you were hoping for? Thanks for the info.
Might be repeating something you know, but I saw this video while back, product meant to keep burrowing animals out of a chicken coop. Like the tines of a pitchfork pointed down and buried several inches. Wonder if that would help with voles?
I am liking everyday with Asia!!!
Me tooooo!!!😃🥰

amazing♥️♥️♥️
I will be getting me a seating area in my backyard garden. I need time to think and be by myself
I know for us epsom salt has helped us with the moles / voles from digging holes , hopefully this helps for you
Thank you for the tip! Do you put it in the hole? I have some that I use for the chickens. I'll give this a try today!
@@YellowDoorUrbanHomestead yes place in the hole

I think she had a yellow door at one point (it fell off😬?) but she’ll clarify it 🤣
