I'll be honest, I've been having you come through my feed for a few weeks now And I just thought this channel had been around for awhile But apparently not, this is new. I don't know how I got here
I've been working a job that requires me to put in normally 75ish hours a week, and 15-hour days aren't uncommon. It's made it really hard to keep up with friends other than a little on the weekend. Your videos felt like hearing a friend rant and really helped after one of those longer days. Part of it was probably that you talked about fears, feelings, and experiences that come up more than I'd like to admit for myself. Part of it was also that you talk about some things that I don't feel like I can really have discussions about with anybody. That's all really to say thank you for doing what you've done; I think there's some real value with what you're doing. On the other hand, and this might just be cope for trying to keep myself sane, but I think it's worth it to not give up on your main project if it's something that you believe in. I'm a year into this job and it's the hardest thing I've ever done and I still have at least a few more years to go. It feels like I'm struggling for nothing most of the time, but I know that I'm doing it to try to make a future for myself where I can start a family and not feel like I can't do what I need to or want to do for my kids and wife. It sucks feeling like I'm just spinning wheels and not getting anywhere, but I hated running away from difficult situations and having to rely on others for everything more. Follow the path that you feel is right and try not to forget what you want for yourself. As a side note, I have found that the occasional cigar can be really relaxing with music and the night breeze without really worrying that I might get addicted.
As long as the twitchy eyes stay, I'll be happy. I actually, unironically love them with that "unhinged" persona. I may not like vtubers anymore as a whole, but you're growing on me.
