When you rewatch it, it’s the subtle little details, like the fact that most of the skinny guy’s torso is a nearly perfect fit for the sandwich… I guess the big guy thought his sandwich could’ve used some more meat…
Watching the thought process of the big guy, you can see the idea forming throughout their encounter… “I wonder if he’d fit in my sandwich….hmm looks like he just might fit, but…. Oh fine, I’ll do it! :)”
Plus the subtle increase in the “crunchiness”’of the sandwich after the additional “meat” was added to it…

Afterwards, when watching again, yeah, you see it in a different light/angle. But first time i was in freaking shock - as intended i guess. So freaking disturbing. :D
