Ima tell you all F80 all you need is oil change until 75K then you need trans and fluid change then only 1% of the crank hub fail unless you pushing 600+, it's 1100 for upgraded crank hub and 2000 for labor; otherwise s55 is bullet proof!
I just found your channel, and I love the content you have put out so far, really looking forward to new videos and to keep updated through your journey with your F80 M3, as I am working to get one soon!
Just found you channel. I live in the Bay Area and I think I recognize some of the roads you drove in :). Anyways, $3/gallon for 91 octane gas is likely on the low end. I’d say at least $3.50-$3.60 unless its Costco. Keep up the great work! I’m looking to get back to a M3 soon.
May i ask a very important question: 1. Do you intend to kepe the far for more then 5 years? And 2. Did you buy for financial investment to get better cars after you use it for.1 year like these other youtube people or did you actually buy the car and are planning to pay it off fully for everyday use. Thank you.
1. The goal is to keep this car for 5+ years!! 2. I bought my M3 for daily driving. I treat my cars as utilities rather than investments, meaning I know they are going to depreciate but I love cars, so it’s worth it to me. Some people think it’s ridiculous, but I treat cars as my hobby :) Let me know if you have any more questions!
Looking into getting an M3 myself in hopefully 6ish months. I appreciate the video! I love the black ones but they're so common along with the white ones. Plus the swirls from washing are gonna bother me so much. I'm trying to find a Mineral Gray. The competiton package seats are nice, but I'm looking at getting one without it, because if you do a bootmod3 tune it you can get more hp than a competition tune. Also Tires for a 20 inch rim are not cheap. Have you looked into the crankhub issue? Wasn't sure if you were aware but it makes the F80/82/87 S55 Engine a ticking time bomb. I high suggest not abusing the kick down because that's when most M3 owners have report spinning the crankhub.

Thanks for the info!
Love how it’s not a 10 minute video. 🔥
Ah straight to the point and no 6minute fluff! Subbed!
148 a month?! I get quotes for 500/month. I haven’t checked again in a while but I learned a few tips to lower it. I’m 20 but nothing stopping me
That’s probably why lol cause you’re 20
