I want to say I’ve been practicing your videos for a little while and I experience acid reflux. Do you have a video that you recommend or what yoga videos do you recommend I try I get really bad ass reflux tonight. It affects my breathing.
I would suggest you try the second part of the Pawanamuktasana series, which focuses specifically on strengthening the digestive system. Here: ua-cam.com/video/dK4BT3bhJl0/v-deo.html Aside form physical practices to strengthen the digestion, the best things you can do are: Always make sure that you eat in a calm, peaceful environment. Chew your food slowly. Try to put your fork/spoon down between bites. If you can sit in Vajrasana (kneeling) while eating, this will really help support good digestion. Always sit still, in an upright position for at least 10min after eating. Never lie down after food. Avoid the tendency to get up and move after you finish eating, as this directs blood away from the digestive system, which slows digestion and lessens the strength of the sphincter between your stomach and the esophagus. It might not be an immediate fix. But if you follow all of these suggestions, you should see improvement in a couple weeks.
I practiced dis sequence in the evening 2 hrs b4 goin to bed. .. looks like it triggered mh Xuality... entire night i felt like I was on viagra ... I think this seq is good for those having lower libido or low testosterone lv also for newly married couple ... can we perform dis sequence daily?? is there long term benefit of practicing this?? sequence ??
I'm happy to hear your energy is flowing well, brother! And yes, so long as you feel vital and motivated by it, you can most certainly practice this regularly. Every practice of Yoga will bring numerous long term benefits. If you are curious, I suggest you try for 21 days and see what shifts inside 🙏💞
