Thank you Salimah for sharing this simple, effective and powerful kundalini yoga practice. I never realized that the pain I experienced with the spinal tap or lumbar tap I had before, an invasive procedure is somehow energetically connected to the family conflicts. And it also shows me how I am disconnected with my lower bodies especially the legs and toes. Gratitude to you. Sat Nam.
