Seems kind of small for the price and the finishes don’t seem to match the price either. 2 1/2 million for a townhome is crazy for that price point. And only a two car garage. 😢

Your homes are beautiful but 2 bedrooms unfinished backyard lousy floor not a chance at that price. Not today anyways.
2.5 mill for 2800sf in Las Vegas is one thing, but that backyard isn’t even complete yet and the home looks tacky.
